From the welcome screen when you are asked to allow the app to connect to the website, it stalls and can’t open its own website. I can’t even get to the point of creating a log in. I’ll keep using the website instead. Such a disappointment.

I set up my email and password and I’ve tried to log in 100 times and it won’t work. I says something Is incorrect, but I just made my account so i know I entered in the right passcode

Haven’t been able to sign in again since the first time I logged in. After putting in login credentials the browser goes blank and there’s nothing you can do no matter what you try. Very poor. Needs fixing desperately.

Can you find some real programmers to update this stupid app please? Every time when I want to check something I have to re log-in, does it make any sense? TBH the website is way more better than this app, so what’s the point of it???

I have not been able to log into this app for months. It just tries to log into and sits on a loading screen indefinitely on a 16 Pro. I have the latest OS update, it isn’t a beta, and I e tried reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

One star still seems like one too many. App doesn’t work most of the time. It constantly has errors or shuts down and tells you to try again later. I will NEVER understand why companies keep using it.

For two months in a row my online payment has not gone through. My leasing company told me to call my bank to sort it out but the charge never gets sent over.

It literally doesn’t work. lol tried to pay my rent last month and this month but it’s only giving an error message each time.

I have deleted & restored this app twice it won’t let me login now it’s not even opening, it just flashes & closes

I can’t find dark mode when I had it on at one point super hard to find the correct settings that you are looking for
