Acuity Scheduling

I wish clients were able to leave reviews about services instead I have to use a secondhand source, which is such a hassle. When most other sites offer a review section. It will be extremely helpful. Other than that. I enjoy everything about this app.

I’ve submitted several help desk requests for things over the last several months. Not even canned email response. Problems still there. I’m super frustrated-this software and it’s customer service used to be great.

Every other day this app ends in UPDATE like Jesus Christ 🥹😭

Not getting any notifications.

Sure is a pain to edit each future weekly appt one at a time. Why can’t it edit all when the time changes??

I’m trying to renew my subscription it will not accept ANY card. I have appointments to book and I can’t access the app!! It is always something with this app!

Normal login (not using gmail or the other automatic options) won’t even work. Redirects to a faulty website

I have been a long time customer of Acuity (maybe a decade) and can’t say nothing but great things about this software. I recommend it to all of my colleagues in the window tinting industry. Thank you!

The update button pops up literally everyday and also my schedule is open and it only offers my clients certain days. Searching for another option at the moment.

I go between this app and another one and have recently returned I love that we can customize the scheduling site and everything works. My only gripe is that it doesn’t seem to give appointment reminders via text messages. Most clients don’t give an email only their phone number so it would be nice to have alerts like the day before and then the day of the appointment to cut down on no shows or missed appointments.
