Constant update, constant re-login
I share the same sentiments as another user. This app constantly requires new update to which i dont see any meaningful changes. Plus it always always always require a relogin which is extremely frustrating because i have 3 iPads that is logged into this app. One for me and another for my assistants to use. And it constantly requires a relogin! After I thought I have keyed in my details into the app, then it redirects me to the website to login AGAIN. Having to key in my credentials AGAIN. C’mon, just let me stay logged in and stop updating constantly when this issue isn’t fixed!!!
Can’t operate without it!
Been using for 3yrs n counting, support is super supportive n reply timely! Easy for clients n merchants to book n to update! System always updates for bugs fixes! Only is there is a clearer check out page for clients to view what’s in their cart would be perfect!
Few Annoying things i dont like about it
App works fine. But just annoying how it keeps needing an update so frequently and kicking me out of my account, making me always re-log in.
When i log in through social account, it also keeps telling me how i would usually log in with fb and when i log in through fb, it would then tell me how i would log in through google instead.

Super slow after the update. What happened? Please fix it back! Takes literally 10 seconds just to open the app
Update broke custom and paid labels
The new update seem to stop showing custom labels and paid markers on appointments in my calendar for the app. Please fix it.

Versatile, flexible, but a bit fiddly
Absolutely Fabulous!
Couldnt and wouldn’t use anything out. Too many on the market for choice! Acuity has allowed me to integrate Zoom, to create and edit forms flexibly and automate bookings through my website. I’m super impressed, worth every cent!
Love this app buttt..
I wish clients were able to leave reviews about services instead I have to use a secondhand source, which is such a hassle. When most other sites offer a review section. It will be extremely helpful. Other than that. I enjoy everything about this app.
Customer service non-existent
I’ve submitted several help desk requests for things over the last several months. Not even canned email response. Problems still there. I’m super frustrated-this software and it’s customer service used to be great.
