Acuity Scheduling Client

This app won’t let me do anything but add the business I want to schedule appointments at. I can’t delete it, it doesn’t recognize past appointments, it won’t let me add certificates. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didn’t change a thing. Trying again to get this app to work. Reinstalled, tried to reset my password and get a “Sorry” message, saying the business doesn’t exist.

if you are looking to save money, you will regret after using this app 1- a lot of bugs 2-They cancelled my subscription without any notes and it caused me lost of over 5k 3- you have no customer service you are dealing with Ai and they have limited answer to you problems. Really not recommend

Pointless app.

Would be great if there was a way to link my online account for my gym to the app so I can see on both platforms my scheduled time slots. Hopefully this gets built in into an update

Clients should be able to log into their session and manage their appointments! This app offers very few options, I’m looking forward to the next version!

I really wouldn’t bother telling clients to use this. It’s very glitchy. They book appointments and it doesn’t show back up. It books multiple sessions at once. The sad thing is, as a past engineer, this is coding 101. There is a teenager

Sometimes when I book time, it remembers it under "upcoming appointments" but sometimes it doesn't. More often it doesn't show up there, which means if I book a week in advance and don't put it in my calendar, I have to shift through emails to see when I actually booked. Very annoying.

This app is great for managing my appointments!!

This app needs some small upgrades considering it’s been a year since the last one. Overall it’s very straightforward but I’ve been having issues deleting businesses from my account. After deleting them they show up again minutes later. This is a big inconvenience as this app is for clientele and not business owners themselves.

The yoga studio I attend uses this app to schedule appointments. This is the only reason I use the app. The layout of classes and times is horrible and unintuitive to navigate. I talked to the owner of the studio about this and they told me I should be able to adjust the setting that changes how I view their offerings - well, no such option exists, in fact there seems to be no way to personalize my experience! Lately I’ve had to add my personal information every time I sign up for a class. I’ve dug around the app looking door where to re-add my personal information, but to no avail. All I can do is read the terms of service and privacy act, log out, or delete my account. I wish I could just delete my account, but I do enjoy my yoga studio.
