This app is great for managing my appointments!!
This app needs some small upgrades considering it’s been a year since the last one. Overall it’s very straightforward but I’ve been having issues deleting businesses from my account. After deleting them they show up again minutes later. This is a big inconvenience as this app is for clientele and not business owners themselves.
The yoga studio I attend uses this app to schedule appointments. This is the only reason I use the app. The layout of classes and times is horrible and unintuitive to navigate. I talked to the owner of the studio about this and they told me I should be able to adjust the setting that changes how I view their offerings - well, no such option exists, in fact there seems to be no way to personalize my experience! Lately I’ve had to add my personal information every time I sign up for a class. I’ve dug around the app looking door where to re-add my personal information, but to no avail. All I can do is read the terms of service and privacy act, log out, or delete my account. I wish I could just delete my account, but I do enjoy my yoga studio.
The app is constantly logging me out or I’m always getting an “error” message when I open it. I never know if I’m scheduled for something and then that day comes and turns out I scheduled myself like 3 times.
Wasn’t a problem till recently but if I’m in a hurry to check my appointment date and time I have to time and re login every time I go into the app! It’s annoying and frustrating.
If you’re having an issue with Acuity I suggest emailing them! I took the time out to do so & they fixed my issues I had with the app!!! Thanks Acuity you’re the best!
** Update: my rate changed not for the app but for the stellar customer service experience around the matter highlighted below. I have 3 of my top self care maintenance services that use this app for booking and I’ve used this since 2020 and it hasn’t improved. You’re better off using the desktop version. Right now it doesn’t show any of my upcoming appointments so I always have to double check with the business.
Why is it that an appointment I made that’s two weeks away isn’t showing up in upcoming???????
Since the app update, the app has made it extremely inconvenient for our clients to schedule appointments thus decreasing our appointment rates
Please fix the issue where you can delete old businesses in the app
