Acceptable app, however the credit card dashboard summary doesn’t always match the actual balance on the credit card pages. Always have to visit the credit card pages to check the balance. Also, some on hold payment are not really clear even after checking the checking account balance. One more thing, very slow on pay day, pages need to be reload to see contents.

This app is so awful I actually switched banks to get away from it. Transactions are frequently not sorted in the right order. No details are provided when you select a specific transaction. The balance doesn’t match the real balance, and can be different based on which page you are on. The credit card history is a mess. I was viewing transactions in April but it decided to show my February’s transactions instead. No information is provided on how to use the touch points. The privacy mode just hides the balance in one place, and is useless other than that. I can go on and on… hope to see a much more refined product from ADCB in the future. It’s 2023. We should all expect better.

The Bank is Fast and Prompt with an excellent customer centric perception. I love it here. Excellent.
