In iPhone 15Pro I’m not able to logout as the top line is not accepting the tap

The app sometimes freez specially when adding new transfer account when I insert all information at the end when I chose the city the app freezes

The app’s design appears straightforward on first glance. Easy access to menu items and clarity in actions. However, the design is not optimised for iPhones. Menu buttons are at the edges and icons are half hidden outside the perimeter of the screen. This makes the buttons hard, if not impossible, to tap. The most frustrating feature is the facial recognition whenever you try to access the card details, or settings. It never works properly and causes unacceptable delays in performing an action that is supposed to be quick. ADCB manages to make it the most time consuming and frustrating feature of their app.

App is badly organized and unnecessarily difficult to navigate. Designed to confuse the clients probably by computer programmers who have little or no experience with the outside world. CBD app is a better example, Citibank also better.

When one pays online by tfr, the App does NOT have a category for personal effect or personal item or personal use. Nor do your other categories to cover it. Why not : just put a category titled personal effect.

Such a poorly designed app. Very laggy. Crashes a lot. It feels so insecure, you’d think that a bank such as this wouldn’t even allow such an app to exist, yet it does. Whoever designed it needs to get fired and a new one should be made. It’s as simple as that. Take inspiration from the HSBC UK banking app. Now that’s a secure, well designed, and optimized banking application. Disgusting that this thing even exists.
