I find a sleep with white noise or even just to focus in the task at hand is a powerful tool

Really love it for channelling focus. Nice that an ADHD app is completely free, and straightforward. Only 3 sounds, but that’s all you really need. White I find energising, good for when I’m too sluggish to concentrate, brown is soothing, good to relax or calm a racing mind so it can focus, pink somewhere in between – I like it for reading.

Got a new phone and had to restore. But, restore button doesn’t do anything

This app is amazing and really puts me to sleep, I don’t have adhd but it is really good to help me sleep. The different types of noise is really helpful. Best app for sleep

White noise helps calm my mind down!

I have a huge struggle with ADHD and the 5000 thoughts going through my head, but the green and brown noise shut up all the thoughts in my head. It was amazing! I could actually focus for once in my life and my brain was not all over the place like usual.

It does what it's supposed to do without interruptions. I connect my phone to my Bluetooth speakers and it makes it a bit more dense, which I like better.

Why would you paywall dark mode on an app? Immediate turn off. So much of this is paywalled, yuck.

Ok. So hi to everyone reading this! I encourage you to get this app but first, listen to this review. This app is pretty good but first of all why pay money when you just want to sleep? I mean it’s quite annoying! I mean I am quite broke and I still want to try the sounds but I can’t. Second, is this app only for people with 80HD? Or is that just the name of the app? Last, I like this app. It’s not bad. You should try it! Ok, byeeee
