This app is really bad and not user friendly. No help feather, some functions don’t work in iPhones. Even one star is too much.

I always have problem with applying for ADIB Yusr - Salary Advance Finance. Costumer service told me to apply in the app but it’s not showing in the app!!!

App is hanging from 2 days kindly update the app and fix the bugs

1 hour and half; I couldn’t access the app, it said: you ran into some technical issue and I have to delete the app or sent a message via WhatsApp but of course the WhatsApp wasn’t a help,, among the service list there is nothing related to an app problem or something…so I deleted the app and then redownloaded it again and then I registered, it took more than 10 min to get through 3 steps,,,, after hour and half, the app closed again…. Please do something about it, it’s so frustrating, and this is the third time it happens. I know that I don’t have a technical issue so do something about this bug.. Thank you for your services.

Hi dev team What I think is a good feature to add is how much cashback am earning for each transaction For example if I spend 100 dhm in carrefour etc , 4 dhm as cashback I hope this feature can be added in future , as it is there for exceed points , why not add same feature for cashback cards

It keeps giving me error for face scan for past 4 days keeps telling me technical error and. No one is answering the calls
