Adobe Acrobat Sign

Doesn’t do what it says “on the tin” it let me sign pdf’s, just asks me to download their paid app to do it! And all the time repeats asking for login and emailing security codes. This is the first time I’ve seen utter garbage from Adobe, but it is real garbage and shame in them damaging their own good name

I got an error message every time I tried to send a document so contacted customer support and after over an hour and 4 different people disconnecting me they decided ignoring me was the best customer service they could come up with

This is basically the adobe sign website as an app shortcut. Every time I open the app it asks me to sign in. Even if I keep it open in the background. And when I enter my login on the first page it then asks me to re-enter my password for a second time on a new page. Completely crazy and far from a straightforward slick user experience. I expect more from Adobe.

Great when it works but for no apparent reason it glitches more times than not and says “operation failed” when I try to email a form. Happens on 85% of occasions. Sometimes reloading the app resolved it, sometimes it doesn’t. Very frustrating especially as I pay for Adobe services and need to use this app frequently.

This is useless, why is it opening in the browser form on the app. I need the sign in person functionality which doesn’t come with the browser set up.

What a joke of an app. Doesn’t work. Full stop. Pay £20 a month and get nothing in return.

Can’t believe how bad this app is. There is no onedrive support. Just awful
