Why do I have to update my iOS just to use your app. Cancel subscription. Not worth it
I ordered some Christmas gifts for my wife with an estimated delivery date of December 20th. I received no email or notice that my order was delayed. I called customer support after wondering where my wife’s Christmas gift was and after 12 minutes they said that they had no idea what the issue was other than that there was a “delay in fulfillment at the warehouse” and they could only offer to cancel the order, place a new order, or continue to wait. I asked if they could call the warehouse and they said that was not possible. I would have greatly appreciated at least an email when my order was delayed so that I would have the opportunity to order something else in time for Christmas. Or at least some acknowledgement of how this has put me in a hard place, or some explanation of what happened. No - Adore Me just suggested that I place my order again and hope that it doesn’t get hung in fulfillment?
I ordered several items about a year ago and it was cancelled due to “technical difficulties” a week after I placed it. I tried to re-order and got the same response a week after. I contacted customer service they told me that sometimes it can cause a glitch in the system if the order is too big and cause it to be cancelled. (It was 12 items) They were having a good sale on Black Friday this year so I decided to give them another shot and a week after placing the order I got the same message that it had been CANCELLED AGAIN due to “technical difficulties!” I reached out to them and they said that it was a glitch in the system and to try to place the order again into two separate orders. So now they want me to take the time to find the items, place it in 2 orders, and I’ll lose the discounts and the sale items! (It was for 15 items for $275.) Victoria’s Secret now carries this brand and I can find the same items and they don’t care how big my order is!! I’ve never heard of a company who discourages buying several items at a time!! Ridiculous & frustrating!!!
I love adore Me my first box was wonderful and not true to size. All the clothes are high quality clothes and worth the investment I recommend Adore Mr boxes to my best Friend Tara. These boxes are superbshoul Dred sign up
This company was purchased by Victoria’s Secret, a company which supports the settler colonial state of Israel and opens stores on stolen land. Do not buy from them.
I have been an adore me customer for years and love their products so much that I always come back. The past 2 years their shipping has been horrendous they say it’ll ship in 3-5 days but won’t leave the warehouse for weeks. So if you’re good with waiting for the products then order I love their bras but if you need them or want them quick don’t bother.
Everytime I leave the app, I get a notification on my phone asking me to take a survey, y’all need to fix that because it’s getting annoying at this point.
The site is great, clothes are great, store is great, the app just keeps crashing every time I scroll so I can’t use it
I like the app and the store but finding lingerie in my size (36 G/38DDD) is never the easiest. The “regular” sizes never have my size and plus sizes never have my size as the app says they have sizes A-I and never have anything over a DD is unfortunately insane. As for the app, they charge you 40 dollars a month for VIP if u don’t look at your show room yet never credit it as store credit like it says. Other than looking at all the items being sold it’s pretty hard to navigate through the app if you’re finding your saved for laters and other things.
I bought from them twice, each time it was a bra and panty set and they fell apart after one use. One set the lace completely ripped apart while I was at work and had to leave, the second set the stitching on the strap came out so I had to re-sew it myself. On top of all this, the prices are NOT worth the quality or the hassle that comes with any of their products. I've never met a person who actually like their items. Additionally, I contacted their customer service and they we’re so incredibly rude and hateful from the moment they answered.
