I love the simple videos, the plans and the way the timer goes when your training and the video plays along side, so helpful. Great app.

All three of Adrian's apps are fantastic. Very straightforward to use with clear demonstrations and explanations. The Challenge option provides further motivation to carry out the exercises, which are perfectly gauged to differing levels. I can't recommend this, and the other two, highly enough. I've even deleted the other apps I used before discovering Adrian's.

What a great app - beautifully simple, easy to follow functional exercises that are easy to do anywhere without any gear and in the shortest time… I highly rate this for helping keep me strong and functional 💪🏽💪🏽

Excellent workout app can't listen to music

Adrian James Apps, and THERMOBLAZE have changed my life. These fitness apps are the bomb, yes they’re hard some beastly in fact but you can start as a beginner and work your way up. Adrian James is a fantastic bloke, he’s only a message away if I have any questions or worries. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this deserves a review. Download these today and start a path to a better healthier you.

I think this is a great app. Easy to use and structured for all levels of people. I thoroughly recommend this to everyone

The bleeper should have sound, but the routines and video are great.

Very surprised this app has the ratings it has. It is terrible compared to other apps such as 8fit where you have tonnes of different work outs and you can vary difficulty and most importantly encourages stretching after and a warm up before!!!!
