Our app has a feature for verifying addresses, which requires the ability to monitor regions and receive location updates in the background. This feature is essential for accurately verifying a user's address and providing access to higher loan limits and tier 3 level transaction limits.
We have created a video showcasing this feature, which we have attached for your reference. You can see in the video how the app monitors a user's location and registers a region around their address. Once the user has visited the region a certain number of times, the address is verified.
We understand that enabling the "Location" background mode can have an impact on battery life, and we have taken steps to minimize this impact. For example, we only monitor regions that are explicitly registered by the user and don't monitor location updates when the user is outside registered region.
We believe that our use of the "Location" background mode is essential for the core functionality of our app and we have demonstrated this in the video.

Hello my money is sticker in my wallet and it has been deactivated

They scam my #42,000

After sending money the app they deactivated my wallet so I don’t get access to my money and my younger one is very sick which I need the money to get him so drugs up till now I can’t send money but I can receive 🥺🥺💔 Why would you want to do this to me I can never trust this app or trying to refer someone to the app NEVER 😡 Please activate my account so I get drugs for my younger one I beg with the name of God 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥺🥺 My brother is dying here please help me 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺💔💔

Don’t upgrade!!!!!!!! NEVER!!

The App is useful for tiny transactions but the moment you want to upgrade your account; you have better luck with civil service bureaucracy than getting headway esp as there is no contact person. Emails are automated responses, online help chats are not replied 2hrs later

t’s will never be well with the builders of this app,my mum died at the hospital this morning because the money for her treatment was transferred to my Aella credit wallet and immediately the wallet was deactivated .no customer support system nothing I even visited a branch they claimed they have at Victoria island only to be told there is nothing like that there GOD wel judge you😭😭😭😭😭😭
