You’re just a waste of time to me . I spent more than four hours in your website and App just to create an account with you people it was just a waste of time including the data I wasted o😠 I changed passwords more than 5 times still bringing incorrect password , it was working on the website but it isn’t working on the Aella App why ? Can you give me an explanation for that ! With all the information , ID card, Email and BVN I dropped hmm ! Nothing should go wrong with my old account and information😡 The app is meaningless to me 💯

Worst Loan app ever, after making me add my debit card in which will be use to receive the loan of 2,600 and up till now I haven’t still been credited Not even suppose to give it a star but I can’t send this text without giving it any star that’s why

This is the most dumbest app on AppStore. First they won’t let you get a loan and secondly they request for your bank card and if you bind it they keep withdrawing your money and your loan will never be granted. This app should be flagged.

I linked my wema verve card and it was accept then I tried my Kuda visa (virtual card ) and it was linked and #30 was deducted yet it’s still asking me to link card to get loan disbursed . And showing the card on my profile but loan still not disbursed …

Best App so far and omg they are 100% reliable when it comes to loaning out money and very very considerate

In all you do, do not link your bank card with Aella. They still keep your card details even after you have unlinked the card from the app. I unlinked a particular card and I was still debited on the bank card. I complained about this on their twitter handle and they blocked me. Which shows they are fraudulent. Why will they keep bank card details that been unlinked? Why do they have to block me from reaching them on Twitter for complaining?

They re just too good in terms of loan ,customer service and fast transaction .don’t let any negative reviews stop you from banking with them.I promise you they re the best and if they offer you 2k loan please accept it and repay it ,I promise you they will increase your loan offer in a big way that will Suprise you.they re good

Aella Credit App is home of fraudsters. I was debited the sum of #977K in my account which was traced to back to them. Yet they refuse to reveal the identity of the perpetrator due to useless privacy policy when we talking about fraud. Even they refuse to return my money as well. This obvious fact makes Aella Credit an accomplice of the criminals.

Registered an account and linked my Bvn , tried to login and it’s telling me invalid email address or password lol ….criminals lol
