Almost missed my flight because of this app because you need to download it on bad WiFi to get access to the “Fast Lane”. Then it requires to set up an account, insert address, telephone number, wait for the confirmation email… NO APPLE PAY!! People buy the fast lane because they are in a rush… don’t make them go through a 10min set up process when you could just accept card or cash at the desk! Airport: Barcelona BCN

La peor app que recuerdo para registrar. Muy lenta y se queda bloqueada. Las 4 estrellas que tiene debe estar relacionado con el bonus de navidad para los empleados.

How on earth this useless app weights 250 MB ? Find dies not work, nothing works properly.

Stupid App…. Unable to see keyboard to log-in!

Booked parking but to find it in the app I have to remember a code! The parking booked is not listed in the list of parking places in the app! Trying to add number plate parking but the list of airports includes only 5 options - and not the airport I have booked to park at ! All these issues in my first use of the app - very poor!

Fairly good but the “buy VIP lounge “ function causes it to crash

Used app to park at Barcelona. Could not get out of car park. Had to pay at kiosk and found Aena had taken money from my account. Tried to get refund but after 4 attempts gave up.

The app just freezes on the Aena logo

AENA is a state-owned company—the app should be in all official languages of Spain.
