The only bank with Mobile banking apps that will down for maintenance on every end of the month where users badly need to perform online transactions.
Defective useless app
I would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely defective app that is not usable at all. Firstly I was forced to download this app because I can’t transfer money on desktop without it and then it keeps giving me “user suspended” error AFTER I login and click on the register button. How am I supposed to transfer my money out of the bank now?
Affin Bank
AffinAlways- worse banking app I have encountered. Not user friendly at all . All the time some changes are made to complicate matters for customers.
UI can be improved.
The app does not work well on an iPhone 15 Max. When exiting the app, the log off button is at the top right hand corner at the edge of the phone. Logging off is a trial and error ordeal. For better security, it’s better to implement Face ID which many other banks app have done. Thorough UX is needed.
App shows ‘No internet’ connection
Bad experience.. this issue happens again.. I got no issues with other ebanking apps.. I even try to reintstall the app but to no avail.. really disappointed
All payment transfer function failed
Tried the recurring Jompay function but still keep flickering and jump all over. Just have to keep trying .. so bad the exp
Affin always apps cannot use!
Apps keep show OPPS! NO INTERNET CONNECTION! Why???how can believe this apps? Disappointed😓yesterday 28/1/2024 need transfer fund, but apps can’t use, also customer service operation only Mon to Friday 9am-6pm? If urgent matter no need use money already. Please increase the manpower for customer service, and upgrade system!
