i rate 3 bcs it’s can’t qr until now

I want to do online banking via the website but it needs verification from the apps. but the apps is not functioning???!! i couldn’t use the website either. SANGAT MENYUSAHKAN It has been more than one week. Please resolve the issue asap.

Usually all banking app will ease our things for any transaction. But tgis affin app make all thing become worse. The system is slow, not up to date and so many verification issue. The user must log in many time. Even its so hard to complete a transaction due to the system failure itself.

Kepada yang berkenaan, Korang punya App/ sistem ni memang taikkk aku cakap, dah laa complicated then time buat transfer duit ke other bank sepatutnye automatik masuk dah dalam beberapa saat/minit. Tapi sebaliknyak. Aku buat transfer ke acc bank lain dari jam 12malam then skrg dh jam 4:30petang duit masih tk dipindahkn walhal di affin kau dh deduct. Taiiiikkk punye app sistem.

I cant activated the apps button not responds so unable to perform transaction

My ios is version 17, but this apps cannot be used for transfer and the balance account cannot be seen. Its only can be use for login only. Then the apps mentioned new features will coming soon means that the apps is under maintenance? Urgently need ur feedback. Thank you

Any transaction need to use this app to authorise it. But app always on error. Hard to make any transactions.

Apps bank paling lembab !! Lps tu tak hbis2 maintenance apps bila call costumer service !!!!!!!! Alasan sama tiap hari tiap bulan !!!!!
