African Bank

I wanted to buy airtime and purchase was “successful” but I still haven’t received the airtime !!! 😏 why is that ? … please fix this

I’ve been patient with this app from 2019 hoping it would improve it’s always a struggle to use it. Recently I upgraded to iOS and I have not been able to use this app even once it keeps saying “ We apologise, we cannot Satisfy your request at the moment” I grudgingly started using the app on my wife’s Samsung phone but she also moved to iOS and she is not unable to access the app too. If it’s not account being put on hold for no reason it’s the app never working. No one can fix this isssue. I am so determined to go close all my accounts and move to a bank who can allow me to bank with no issues. I’d suggest everyone else do the same

The app is helpful when try to put in your log in details. The app gives a 4 pin code but it actually wants 5 for it to login. Planning on moving to another bank because of that

Every time I try to log on to the app it shows me an error yet on my side everything is fine which is very frustrating because I need to pay accounts and the portal, I’m afraid to use because it’s not user friendly like app for transactions

After the upgrade, the app gives an error when I want to open it using a PIN number. Now I can’t access it to do banking activities.

My version of the app is old and before I can log in , it says I should update . No problem because it’s 1mb which is a bargain but when I click on the update feature, nothing happens. I haven’t even fetched my card from the bank because of I opened it online and I’m already getting messages that I have a negative balance on my account because it’s overdrawn . 😖😖😖

Useless app

Upgraded my phone and reinstalled the app. I simply can not login. Now I have to use the website.

The African Bank mobile app and Mobile website have been nothing but frustrating and annoying, we struggled with profile reset in the bank but eventually got in; there after success logging in only once after multiple tries. To no surprise when I attempted to long a few days later from home…I’m met with challenges ‘Check username / incorrect information added’ It’s a truly a useless portal!

It keeps saying my login details are incorrect even though I’ve never changed them, but I keep getting log in notifications and there’s no option to change the incorrect details if they are. Overall this app is giving me a headache.
