Since updating via the app , I can no longer use any of the app exercise programs!!! 😫

It’s a great app all round. It’s free it works. However, the two things that need improvement are: 1. Automatic sync to apple health, strava etc. 2. Keep downloaded courses on phone after updates. It’s such a slow and annoying thing to do every update. I keep updating hoping Renpho will address these major issues. 3. It would be nice to update the classes every now and then.

No new functionality added to this app in years

Works great for the bike and the app is completely free.

Newest firmware Redos loaded everything Stuck at start of workout. Tried with iPad has no issues

The manual states it connects Bluetooth Cadence with Peloton + , but it doesn’t work. Other apps will work with Cadence, but not Peloton+ as it states. Also, the AI Gym app on iPad does not comply with the iPad’s orientation, leaving the user to have to keep turning the iPad on the stand. How is that acceptable? Take a lesson from every other bike app (Zwift, Kinomap, Fulgaz etc). Please fix the orientation and allow the Apple Watch connect to the iPad. If Zwift and Peloton etc can do it, so can Renpho.

I can connect to the bike with woohoo app, but not from AI Gym after the update.

I haven’t found how to get it on to record my session in the Health app. That should be automatic n

For the people having issues connecting APP to bike, turn on Location under phone settings and make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Enjoy

Was working juuussstt fine until right about when I came up on my warranty. All of a sudden the discovery workouts disappeared. Was told there was a fix. Delete and reinstall. Now it flat out won’t connect. Stinks to have someone who gifted me this equipment to spend so much money for it to not work right before summer. Cheaper Peleton knock off IMHO. You get what you pay for and in this case…not even
