I like stochastic music-making; it’s a totally new dimension. And with apps like New Path, Autony, and Refraktions, you can direct this dynamic to even your favourite plugins via auV3 and core MIDI. In fact, the only complaint I’d really have about this app (given it’s free) is that, like its counterpart Holon, it cannot be integrated into Audiobus, AUM, or through a host via Audio Units. I really hope the developers consider adopting this protocol, because that would make the app indistinguishable from perfect!

The selection of music matches a lot with my daily routines. I can see myself use the app more often if there is less latency in the load time of the music, currently it takes like 7 or 8 seconds.

I found the suggestion system currently used very affective and helpful, I know there will be major developments and improvements to the program in the future and this app can lead music into this new era. One problem that I found is how all the music you start with sounds similar, and it takes some time to get a sound you enjoy. The app would be much better if you put in your own favourite music to the algorithm, and gave it a head start on predicting what you want to hear

Great use of user feedback to create a continuous personalized mix through layered elements. Your experience will be different than mine, and that’s the point. The more feedback you give it, the more it fine tunes the music you hear.

It wouldn’t load correctly on my iphone so i won’t know. I downloaded to my ipad which was better. Strange that all music must be downloaded and that a lot of the music that was downloaded was blank. This app may be good but it has a long way to go right now

It’s the sound of electronic music that gets reduced to a formula. No spark. No drive. No human element. Once you know what a 4/4 beat is, you’ll notice what you’re hearing is just looped segments repeating and occasionally shifting and sometimes missing the mark where your instinct expects something to “happen” and it quite often doesn’t because it’s apparently just an algorithm layering those loops and is it just me, or is it really this cold in here? I’d be more interested if the loops were created by-and credited to- respected names in the field, but instead, if it’s not AI, it’s anonymous. Kind of cynical and a bit depressing to think about how devalued music has become in the last 20 years, so here’s another reminder.

I use this for workouts and it's so great to have consistent BPM to sync to. The music is good, too! I hope they add more options for vocals. The House station would be next level with some soulful vocals mixed in. This could be good for focus/work music as well.

Your privacy policy is horrible be clear, make it readable and explain everything this App takes.
