Not sure why, but with the last update of the site i cannot find the global number for platinum or any flying blue number. For some strange reason in the last flights, whenever I try to change tickets cannot do it in the app, so have extra cost calling an international number to have it done.

No worries and no walking around. Boarding pass ready at first.

Please fix tickets purchase via app with cards. It worked previously, but now it never completes after entering the card details - no error message, nothing. Was able to pay like only 1 time in 5 tries, and after that - nothing. Also, if you log in with flying blue account - you have to re-log in every day.

Não consigo abrir a aplicação desde a última atualização. Quando quero abrir, pede para atualizar novamente apesar de já não haver atualização disponível!? A quem devo dirigir esta mensagem??

Já desinstalei e instalei varias vezes e a app não abre no meu iPad. Por favor revejam.

This application is absolutely useless for baggage details. There is mention whatsoever of baggage limits. Neither on the app nor on the actual print out of the ticket terms and conditions The only place you will find this information is on the air france website. Why would I need an app if actual important information isn't even available on it? Oh, I know why. Because air france does not want you to know the baggage limits. They want the opportunity to weigh your carryon on a broken not up to standard scale (this thing was literally falling apart and had no valid calibration audit certification) and then charge you to check it when the weight is over the limit. The app has no added value at all.
