Air France - Book a flight

New release only supports IOS 16 and if you want to use an older version of IOS a banner appears requiring to update and this banner cannot be bypassed In other words I can no longer use the app after having done so since it was first released and I do not intend to change my iphone to accommodate AirFrance. A real shambles.

I’m happy to fill up option in the Air France app, it was easy and clear!! :)

It gets you as far as taking the payment and then asks you to enter the first 6 digits of your card to assess the card surcharge, it stops working from there, had to transfer to website to finish, surprisingly difficult for an airline app.

Had a flight from Dublin to Paris (airfrance)then Paris to India(Air France)then India to Phuket( indigo) Was refused at the gate (Paris to India) because I didn’t have a visa ( had lay over in India for 2 hours, layover don’t require visas) was told by customer service to go to ticket customer service in which I was waiting for 3 hours just to be told to get a new flight another €700 a absolute disgrace Air France and India never again, not one bit impressed

Recently the app had major issues, impossible to view my boarding pass… I was just lucky I had taken a screen shot, otherwise I had to go the checkin desk

I got an email from airfrance offering me a discount of €50 for Valentines Day if I booked my flight before 20/02/23. I was excited with the offer and tried many times to use the code IEVALDAY50 and couldnt get the discount. Very unsatisfied. Called customer service and nobody could help me with a query and I also mentioned the voucher; they asked me to call again in the following day. One of the attendants hang up the phone on me.

Unable to check in on the app on outbound flight, so had to endure the large queue at the airport even though I had no luggage to check in! Multiple attempts to input passenger details failed (app would not respond) and as for the passport scanner …. Absolute waste of time!! I managed to check in for the return flight but again multiple attempts … but again the scanner is waste of time. It just doesn’t work ….. at all! I was expecting much much better from Air France!!

It will be a 5 star when it’s even easier to use .

Stop requesting an app review every new page I enter…

No possibility to change language. App support not working.
