Air France - Book a flight

Trying to get check in for me and my partner but it’s very buggy (buttons greyed out, have to check in people separately for it to work). Also, it always need to refresh when displaying the check in menu, which is quite slow and frustrating. It sometimes says « check in unavailable » and later it allows you to check in. When I finally manage to check in, it says I need to get boarding pass at the counter at the airport -_- Lastly, the app weighs 300MB. Very big for an app used when travelling, when data might be a scarce resource.

Perpetual crash on launch. Unusable. KLM App is working fine.

Changing the seats on the app doesn’t work! Which makes it irrelevant to have a gold status and be able to select your seat.

There is no clear way to access special assistance via the app.

Je suis encore ravi d’être sous iOS 15. L’application refuse dorénavant de fonctionner et il n’est plus possible de la mettre à jours. L’application fonctionnait très bien!

3 people at the gate rude and unhelpful when flight delayed and I wanted help for a connection. Tried transfer desk - not a smile, just “you’ll have to try the gate’. Then just a message to say - your connection flight is cancelled. No, what to do, where to go or what will happen to luggage. Eventually a desk that offered no apology just “Give me your boarding pass” - checked computer and said, your flights tomorrow, here’s your boarding pass and a voucher for an Ibis hotel’. Great service Air France!

Not the most efficient app, signs me out all the time and app crashes.

When looking for a flight under booking, I encounter constant problems. The site freezes up and I have to start over after waiting for a period of time. This happens consistently regardless of my location

Worked fine and it Stopped doing so after last update a week ago briefly flashing open, disappearing and not starting. Tried different phones including iPhone 15

Superb comfort both in flight and in the Business Lounge, I love Airfrance
