This works fabulously while travelling both at home and overseas. Easy to navigate and to transfer to onesmart as well as easy to transfer between currencies. Great option

Had a charge doubled up & charged to 2 currencies , emailed support for weeks , auto response says they be in touch in 1-2 days that never happened still waiting

Takes far too long to transfer money from bank to one card and vice versa! Should either be instantaneous or minimum over night, not 3-5 days

This app is hopeless keeps on crashing and locking up. Not much good for travelling overseas. The app freezes sometimes on opening then asks for a password when you have already changed it then ask for the 3 letter code and nothing happens locks you out because too many attempts. Needs fixing Also money loaded indicates one working day to accept into card. This does not happen so where does the money go!!!! Very poor app that is important for your overseas trip.

Very slow to load initially and even worse scrolling transactions. Each time you reopen the app it’s stuck on forgot password prompt and have force close. Doesn’t utilise touch/Face ID technology. Better than its predecessor but still dated on release. Disappointing

This app works well when it works. But my experience has been that about every 2 to 3 days the App will not open. It opens with the message that I have forgotten my password and an email will be sent to allow me to reset my password. This message has never been sent. The only solution has been to delete the App and reinstall it - every two to three days. This app needs a serious update. When it’s working it’s great and useful, but its failings at log in are terrible and annoying.

In the past week I’ve had to delete and reload the app due to no login options about 6 times. So annoying and very inconvenient. Please update and sort out.

Mmmmmm. App keeps crashing with latest iOS update.
