I have tried to load money onto the card- two weeks ago from my bank a/c. Three phone calls later still no luck. The people at the call centre talk about referring the matter to the “back office” but I think they mean the “back orifice” for all the success I’ve had. Highly not recommended.

Just used this when in Australia , such a good way to manage your money and not get stung with fees

This works fabulously while travelling both at home and overseas. Easy to navigate and to transfer to onesmart as well as easy to transfer between currencies. Great option
