Last week my flight was shifted from 9am to 5pm now the same thing

The app is top notch,it’s ease to access…I don’t have any issues with booking online or having a problem with reminder

Air Peace at Asaba are not reliable and I can’t even refer their service to anyone, flight that was supposed to be 3:30PM Nigeria time was delayed to 4:25PM even when it got to 4:25PM the flight didn’t arrive and it’s 5:16PM now the flight haven’t arrived yet, their service here is so poor, if you can’t render a better service you ought not to start it in the first place

Air peace customer service team are trash can’t even speak to customer well

Okay so tell me airpeace how will you collect money from someone to cancel the flight with no reason.I was meant to travel on the day of my flight in the morning only for me to come out from the bathroom and leave for the airport and I saw that air peace cancelled my flight with no reason and might hasn’t been reschedule.I missed something really important that day with no refund and you know you will cancel the flight and no information was passed until the day of my departure,it would be better if you passed an information two days b4 the day of the flight and I recommend that no one books air peace they will disappoint you just as they did to me🤦🏾‍♂️just imagine getting married that day or the next and air peace helps you miss your marriage 😡stupid air line

Gruesome services, 2nr combined flights cancelled and rescheduled respectively. The cancellation came few hours to the flight time, rendering passengers stranded and causing so much disorientation and financial crises/losses. I wouldnt recommended attempting the services of the airline. Now to refund the funds is becoming another challenge, demanding one thing after another. Its evident that there is no consideration whatsoever for customers. It was my first attempt and its gonna be the last.

Very terrible service. Moving flight schedule with no consideration towards the passengers, airpeace does not even deserve the one star review

The app keeps force closing/crashing on my phone.. I'm not able to book a flight with it..

Do can I book flight with the app without going to agent

The cancellation and rescheduled rate of this airline is too frequent. But today I was particularly pained and have now decided never to fly airpeace again. They delayed my flight without prior notice. I arrived at the airport only to discover that my flight for 7:10am has been rescheduled to 12pm. What is more? They still didn’t fly at 12pm. I was traveling with my sick aged mother who suffered complications because of this delay. AIRPEACE and their hungry staff do NOT deserve any star.
