Air Peace

App is as good as useless. Crashes when you want to book a flight and then doesn’t open afterwards. A company as big as Air Peace can surely do better. What a mess of an app 👎

The app is as good as useless! What exactly is it meant to be used for when you can’t book flights on it, you can’t log in, you can’t do anything. The app is a disaster. If Air Peace isn’t ready for an app then why did they release it? It’s shameful. Even the one star rating I’ve given I’ve been overly generous.

They don’t value their customer not even email service to notify members of the delays in flight time schedules.

App crashes when making a booking on iPhone, please fix.

The app keeps force closing/crashing on my phone.. I'm not able to book a flight with it..

Do can I book flight with the app without going to agent

The cancellation and rescheduled rate of this airline is too frequent. But today I was particularly pained and have now decided never to fly airpeace again. They delayed my flight without prior notice. I arrived at the airport only to discover that my flight for 7:10am has been rescheduled to 12pm. What is more? They still didn’t fly at 12pm. I was traveling with my sick aged mother who suffered complications because of this delay. AIRPEACE and their hungry staff do NOT deserve any star.

I think the app is quite simple to use. I suggest a personal profile feature be included that shows my trip history & status. The peace advantage menu always loads up with an error message. Please fix. Also, just remove flutterwave payment option. It almost always has issues.
