AirMini™ by ResMed

It is unbelievable that the data from Airmini cannot be merged with the data from the other units from Resmed. This can have dire consequences for people on state covered health-care resmed units! Every time I use the Airmini, my averages go down because it results in ‘blank’ periods. Resmed, get your acts together and get to work on a common platform for ALL UNITS for every user.

The last release to the airmini app was a year ago and it’s quite obvious- there are tons of reviews stating that the Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work properly. I dusted off my machine and tried to set it up before traveling. Having deleted and reinstalled the AirMini app multiple times I’m unable to connect the device via Bluetooth to the app. This makes my AirMini unusable as I don’t know what mask & other settings I had on it last time I used it. Fix your app.

This app is awful. It doesn’t tell you much, and I agree it does not easily sent to sleep clinic. Doctor keeps asking why. But newest problem is the machine looses connection with the air mini so it must be reconnected every few nights, or every night. Unplugging used to help BUT NO MORE. That’s because to reconnect the app needs you to enter a FOUR DIGIT key code or to scan a QR code. However older machines do not had either the key code or the QR code. There is no work around that I see. So this app simply WILL NOT WORK WITH MACHINES WITHOUT THE FOUR DIGIT OR QR CODES. Good bye app. Thanks a lot ResMed.

App always tells me that it can’t connect because bluetooth is turned off in settings, which is false. Bluetooth is on, and bluetooth settings shows that the device is connected, and the device has a solid blue light, indicating that it knows it is connected, but the app refuses to connect.

could be a really useful and therapeutic app, but useless sleep score tells me nothing. give me my data! I want full access to time series not infantile “score”. how can you compare mask fit to compliance time? you penalize my “score” by mask off events so I can’t even use the bathroom? junk “science”, junk app. hire people who know about data science and visualization and trash this garbage.

After installing the app, I paired it with my phone and it is listed as being paired on my Bluetooth list but the app shows no pairing and will not let me proceed. Renders my machine useless as I cannot make any adjustments without the app.

Compared to the app for the air med 11 app this is pathetic. Simply pathetic. Zero information worth anything. No data card on the machine. Update every night and like now can’t pull up a report and no way to merge it with my resmed 11. Ridiculous

I recently got the Air Mini and tried, tired and tried many times and it never, ever connects to the Bluetooth. It’s says “Bluetooth not turned on phone” and it is turned on. Needs to be updated to fix until then it’s useless.

This machine is great for travel because it is compact. However there are two things I personally don’t like. The first is the noise level. It is very loud compared to my home machine. The other issue is the machine constantly drops Wi-Fi connection so it has to be booted up every couple of days. You can be right next to the machine and it won’t pair with my phone.

Tried and tried for hours. My Bluetooth sees the mini and will connect to it so all that works, however if i use the app it never connects. “May take Up to 30 seconds” my butt!
