I couldn’t sleep due to how much the pulse ox sensor hurt my finger. It was throbbing all night and there’s no way to switch fingers once you start. Basically made the test useless.

Keeps saying I’ve done the study but I didn’t

The set-up and everything with the sensors and the app went fine, but I had a bad night and couldn't sleep at all. For awhile I tried to find some way to cancel the test within the app so I could re-do it another night but the app just forces you to send in your results no matter what. I tried to quickly delete the app when it got to the screen saying my results were being sent in, but I later got a text saying my results were received. Now I'm not sure if I can take the test again.

The O2 monitor that goes on the finger was waking me up multiple times through the night because of the tight squeezing/adhesive burning sensation. Very uncomfortable to use. My finger was still sore the next morning.

I have iPhone 11 and it keeps giving me an error about and “essential system permission was denied by user”when I try to open the app.

This hurt my finger too much to sleep, or even to keep it on.

It took 2 days of trying all the help options to finally see that the brand new battery (supposedly) had NO power. When I called the help line ( which I had to search for - it’s at the end of the video - the FIRST thing she suggested was to replace the battery!! Why send dead batteries?? So in a few hours I will try to get my finger into the thing and hopefully it will work tonight. Honestly- I have an OURA ring which gives much better and more comprehensive data than this contraption. I wonder how much they are charging MEDICARE for this cheap device?

Worked without a hitch for me. I restarted the phone before using it, just in case. In Settings -> WatchPat One, Document Storage showed iCloud Drive. So I freed up some space in my iCloud, just to make sure. I allowed all notifications from the app and left it open in the foreground all night. Don’t forget to hit complete in the morning.

Horrible experience not able to get device recognized

I find this app to be not informative. I have used some app that tracks sleeping and tell when you snored which was revealing. However this app offers zero Informational value to the patient. And my doctor provides no stats but plainly says Treatment options include position therapy, CPAP, surgical interventions, or the use of an oral appliance. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
