AirTalk Wireless

Wishing I would have just stayed with my old service but I had an opportunity to get a better phone & thought I would it AirTalk a try. I bought an IPhone 12 outright & had decent service for a year until I moved. Then I started having lots of issues with service. I wasn’t successful porting my old number over after they told me I wouldn’t have any issues so I ported this one to a new carrier that would work in my new area. Unfortunately I am unable to use the phone I purchased through AirTalk because they put a lock on their phones & you can’t get through any of their phone #’s once you cancel service. So be careful. I even referred a friend & bought them a Samsung phone that he received broken, tried to transfer my phone to his account & customer service refused to help us do that.

AirTalk Wireless has the slowest data speed I have ever experienced. an absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

Man oh man where do I begin? I guess @ the end! Not what I expected from Airtalk Wireless . False Advertisement? BUT HEY THAT’S JUST THE WAY IT IS!!

I notice when I got out in the middle of town my service won’t let me connect to the App Store like my connection don’t work until I get home until the Wi-Fi why it started doing this I don’t know

Cant get help at all and they dont answer phone calls what so ever

No one ever answers emails, chats or the customer service line!! After waiting 2 hours it’s states leave a message but for what?!? No one ever responds!!! Not too mention the internet is TRASH

Airtalk wireless was better I appreciate the service but I can’t get no messages && how do I have no service or data and I barely use it please update the app &&& stop playing with peoples time

I switched to AirTalk because I was told I would receive a new device and get to keep my phone number. It’s been a month and still no phone, and I was given a new phone number that none of my people or doctors have. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone for any kind of assistance. You will not talk to a human in the “help chat” either, it’s all automated. It’s extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t strongly suggest that you look elsewhere if you need a provider because AirTalk Wireless is not what’s up!!!!!
