The worst customer service I am waiting since 34 days to get in touch via call or text or chat, but nobody is replying to my text not even email. Nothing what kind of business is this you’re not paying for your from your pocket.

I wanna upgrade my plan, but they making me buy data packages

The way you guys charge for data is crazy. It has to be a better way for internet service.

Won’t answer phone calls and won’t email you back . Service is good to an extent . Whenever you want to get hold of someone they’ll pretend the company don’t exist and won’t direct you to an operator and reply to any of your emails . 0 stars if I had that choice

Have had service for over 1.5 years. Got an iPhone 7 with the service and immediately it kept giving alerts that there was an issue with the battery and needed service. Apple warranty said expired the day I received the phone. Dealt with constant dead battery for over a year and finally figured I could afford to upgrade the phone and they had IPhone XR for $144.00. With expedited shipping and tax it came to just under $150.00. Same day my phone came, my new case and screen protector I ordered came too. Everything was great with the phone for a little over couple of weeks. Day 1 the phone popped up and said the same thing about the battery as my old phone and said the new phone only has 75% battery Capacity and my old phone was only at like 25%. SADLY I ONLY Had the new phone for about 26 days and one day it popped up saying battery low and until I got to my charger, the battery went dead and my phone shut off and never worked again. Tried several cords and blocks and they all work on other phones but the new one. I had it in my new hard case and screen protector. Never dropped ir or got It wet or anything. 26 short dats and the phone was done. I called the company and told them about everything and politely asked what they were going to do for me to replace the phone and to my complete SHOCK, I was quickly and rudely told by the customer service Rep after being on hold for 1 hour and 45 mins that they ONLY GIVE A 15 DAY WARRANTY on any phone you purchase from them and that they weren’t doing anything at all about it. My dang phone broke even before my credit card bill came in the mail that I used to buy the phone with. Absolutely ridiculous especially since I’ve been with them for almost 2 years now and they absolutely wouldn’t do anything about the phone. So now I’m back using the original phone I got with my service that won’t hold a charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same thing and that it would be about 48 hours until a supervisor called me back and the rep actually told me that they were on my call too long and had to go and just hung up on me. I’m still in shock that there is a company out here that the government contracted to provide phone service to people and they are making millions every month I’m sure and they really treat people like that and just do the bare minimum to keep them going.
