The information on this App is great! However, when accessing it on an iPhone, there’s a problem with scrolling and it’s not smooth. Contents tend to stick or jump. It’s probably a simple fix. Thanks!

I cannot download old version suitable for my device using steps below. 1) go to the App Store 2) push account icon at upper right in the page 3) select purchased link 4) select Al Jazeera English My iPhone is old model so need to download old version. Could you please confirm.

While I very much enjoy Al Jazeera news, i find the App very difficult to navigate. There is no back button. Also, I still cannot find a way to share an article or find a link to open on the web which would be another way to share an article.

No good reason for it to do this, and is a privacy concern. Otherwise a decent news app.

When I close the app and try to open another app, my phone always freezes. Also, when someone called me while I was using this app, I could not answer the call because my phone got frozen. So I deleted the app. Please fix this problem.

But can you please let us use night mode and bigger fonts for our eyes?

I’ve updated this app but when I open this app it doesn’t connect to internet? The loading sign shows forever. What’s happening? My iPhone is version X, iOS is the latest.

I have sometimes a trouble to access the site of the Aljazeera on my iMac, while it is easy to watch news on this application.

i use this app for lean English,but ipad dictionary “look up” doesn’t work.

This app holds you hostage, you can't save a story to notes, print it to iBooks. Basically you can only view a story in the app and can't do anything else. Sad!! News also is very biased!
