Bien qu’assez onéreuse, cette mutuelle est exceptionnelle en terme de remboursement et possède un nombre très large de services. La gestion en 100% digital est très intuitive.

Efficace mais perfectible
L’application marche bien mais manque de fonctionnalités comme un système d’alerte quand une demande de remboursement est refusé (obligé de vérifier mes remboursements manuellement et refaire une demande)
Ça promet
Ça promet, non seulement on me l’impose mais en plus comme tout doit passer via internet on fait comment quand l’application ne fonctionne pas comme c’est le cas avec la mise à jour du 22/11/24 ? Et dire que j’en ai pour 5 ans ainsi.
Impossibilité d’ouvrir l’application
Bonjour, Je ne peux pas ouvrir l’application, elle se ferme automatiquement quand je clique dessus. Pourriez-vous régler ce problème ? Merci
Les autres mutuelles sont vieillottes
Mais wow , l’appli est super facile, joyeuse et colorée Et le remboursement j’en ai toujours pour gros maximum 10 minutes entre ma demande et l’arrivée de l’argent sur mon compte , c’est absolument magique Mon ancienne mutuelle l’appli était claquée au sol et les remboursement prenaient une semaine
