It is great being able to control the alarm from my phone as well as seeing the status of it and getting alerts. I really would like to be able to delete the activity log though.

There was plenty of warning about iOS 18 being released, why weren’t the widgets we rely on updated to be made compatible?

I love this app overall. Works very well for me on iOS. I control the garage doors and two access doors. Some hiccups but very few to report. Have an issue with their suggestions via email to update the app but I don’t see anywhere on the app the version number or how to update it manually. Lots of apps have both options. Easy to do!

Had two systems and now TELUS deleted my other account. I don’t have 5 hr to be on hold with them. Also waiting for over 2weeks now for a return returning repairman to come fit problems. Only thing that TELUS does well is take your $$

You override the temp during the day and the override doesn’t automatically revert back to the scheduled temp at the next scheduled time. Also the scheduling option are terrible. I work from home and would rather have the ability to hav the temp different during the time while sitting at my desk then I would in the evening or while sleeping. Very little flexibility to the temp schedule

The app is fine to monitor some items. But its bad as i cannot program anything the way i need, i get notifications and my system is ringing all the night because a low battery message, while the battery (after testing) works more than fine. Also cannot communicate with troubleshooting team (8:48 EST and no offices open), and finally a stupid machine is talking to us! Will never be able to get the system working, and yet Telus is sending me a bill to pay!
