The AlayaCare Care Worker app makes it easy for care workers and nurses to access and track client health and fitness. Real-time scheduling, time tracking, charting and clinical documentation are all at your fingertips, so you can deliver exceptional health care.

iPhone 16 Pro max trouble
Can’t use in iPhone pro max 16. Showing no server ID. Invalid server name.
Great app
Very satisfied with this app for home care. Ease my work
Not working
All of a sudden the app force closes every time I log in, so I can’t utilize it at all. I’ve updated to the latest version- any suggestions?
Crashes
It keeps crashing all the time on my iPhone 14 Pro. I click to open it and it doesn’t budge I restart my phone and try again, yet nothing. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. It’s very annoying!! It does this virtually all the time. #FixThisIssue
Apple Watch
This app would be fantastic if it was compatible with Apple Watches!
Not Good
Everytime I log in and need to send a message I have to completely close and reopen the app, cannot send a message otherwise. I also cannot sign in with Face ID anymore and have to use my password. This app honestly isn’t worth it and there are better ones out there for employers to use.
Login issues
After update, can not login. Keep telling me to check ID and pw which of course I did.
Infuriatingly Unreliable
It's nice to have all the client information in one place but there are constant issues with signing in, clocking in/out, and location tracking which are the main functions of the app.
Notifications
Need this app to send a notification to clock out when forgotten.
