Could the developers get it through their heads that shifts are longer than 10 minutes? I log in a single hour at a time, and I have to log in repeatedly in that hour. Time taken from the client.

Yeah uh what the title says, the app keeps crashing now when opened for me

I have used this app/program for well over five years I have absolutely no reason to think that anyone with nursing experience had any part in design of this program. It is a very user-hostile program. Maybe it's valuable for its intended purpose (maybe billing?) but this program does absolutely nothing a nurse's job easier, or enhance patient safety in any way shape or form. It's just another crappy program that nurses are forced to use

This is the least intuitive app I’ve ever used. It’s unreliable, poorly executed, buggy, slow, inaccurate, confusing, loses my charting, uploads old drafts that have been closed. Much too much time has passed without these issues being fixed. I dislike this app very much.

If my shift is 8 hours, why is the app timing out making me enter my password several times a shift ? If i have toggle off face Recognition, why are you STILL using it every now & then om my shift! & If avpau period is fromb1/15, why can't i go back to this time? Why am I restricted looking at my work history at all? Stopped two days short of prior two weeks?

iPhone won’t open forms or saved forms after clocking in since last update.

I HATE this app! I personally have used numerous EMR systems, and have never had problems like I do with this one. Today, alone, this stupid app deleted my note FIVE times!! My company is changing systems thank God because all the problems we have with this and I cannot wait.

How do I change the app from English to Spanish?!!

I can't get this app to work. I hope my employer starts using another app. This is a waist of time.

There’s nothing worse than losing your patient notes after putting a lot of thought and effort into them, crashes when you try to sign a note or just because. I’ve had to re-enter notes up to four times and constantly save which kicks me out of the forms. This app needs serious fixing.
