Great, professional and every day different
It’s a very good app with many different exercises every day. The signature and split programs are for people who have been in training for a while. Alexia doesn’t track the progress or uses a system that adjusts weights to trainees. We need to know what we can lift and press, it’s up to us. Overall, it’s like a personal trainer in your phone. A few cons though (however I personally don’t care): no track of calories burned, no calendar with days completed. But it gives much more - variety of different exercises, you never get bored 👌🥰
