This app is useless and a piece of crap that doesn’t work

Not working at all. Won’t even start. If it can’t be fixed it should be removed from the store.

Update Jul 14 2022. Alight Solutions did not fix the problem below (though they claimed they did), but instead gave a ridiculous reply which does not help iPhone users at all. “We do suggest to access Upoint using different browser”! iPhone users cannot use a different browser! “Your issue has been resolved and are now able to access and download the secure mail documents. It is possible that any issues you are encountering could be due the browser. We do suggest to access Upoint using different browser. There is nothing to fix on UPoint and it is working as expected.” I will therefore stick with my 1 star rating. The company did not fix the issue of receiving/downloading mail. You still need to do this on a laptop… not through this app which clearly doesn’t allow downloads. They obviously can’t be bothered to fix it! A company developed an app, that doesn’t allow iPhone users to download mail attachments… I call that poor service. They deserve 1 star! - - - I can see my secure mail, but the link to open my secure mail (pension statement) is dead. The link will not open the document. Otherwise the app is a great idea. I just wish I could see my pension statements (and download them). I will now have to use my laptop to do that!

The apps is supposed to text a code, but is not doing that. Please fix.

My password and username are correct when I verify but everytime . I try to log in it gives me my a my credentials to match up. Please help I can’t verify my anything without getting logged in.

Account withdrawals take 6 days to process, or they never get processed! Yet the amount is withdrawn from the account immediately. One wonders where that money is during the interim. Then they charge you $4.00 just to withdraw “your” money. I’m not a lawyer, but this smells awfully close to bank fraud!

No issues and always has a correct HSA amount. Simple way to enroll in benefits.

The app is not well managed and credits aren’t being applied in a timely fashion. There’s no where to go for tech support. Over all terribly disappointed.

I’ve spent the last 5 years trying to get my reimbursements. I am foiled at every turn. I have $10000 worth of my hard earned money in there that they keep stalling or denying. It’s my money and it’s like pulling teeth to get reimbursed. I am considering legal resources as I am so frustrated.

I have stage four lung cancer and you make me feel like I’m the bad guy.
