Many of us are foreigners who lived and work on the USA for some time. We would appreciate being able to provide foreign phone numbers, foreign addresses, etc…

So many bugs. Not even mentioning how slow and non user friendly navigation is. I cannot wait to get my money out of their systems

Hello, it would be nice if there were a field for foreign phone numbers. Also it would be great if deposits could be made directly to foreign banks. Other than that, great app.

Alight manages the benefits of international corporations. Shouldn't it know about "International Bank Account Numbers"? The world is much bigger than the US !

As a legacy employee, I'm shocked that the quality of this app is so poor and with the many poor reviews that I see, why is it still used? The original site was far superior to this app....which is garbage....oh wait....maybe my 12 year old grand daughter can create a better one!

Absolutely frustrating to find anything useful. It may technically have a lot of things but is inconsistent and dependent on too many external links. Not a legitimate app IMO, instead a poor wrapper for a website.

Works well interface is a bit confusing though

Received error message to call the office on every web page. What good is an app that does not work properly after hours? No good.

I doubt the company buying reviews to boost its ratings. It’s obviously a horrible app that doesn’t have clear user flows and designs. The product manager of this app should be fired today.
