This app requires FAR TOO MUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION - just to use a ticket to a sporting fixture… Why do you need my home address AND my (verified) telephone number AND my (verified) email address… There should be an opt out …

Looks utterly cheap, less user friendly & just plain ugly. The previous iteration was basic but effective and had a clean design. Roll back to that immediately., please. To think somebody signed off on this…. 1 star purely for basic functionality

Cannot get past initial registration without agreeing to share data with partners. Not possible to agree to sharing data with England but not partners. SMS verification works. Email verification does not. Now requested 3 times to no avail.

Covid has been over for a few years now, yet you are still using it as an excuse for a very intrusive data collection? Surely it is against all gdpr. Congratulations- your app is a perfect solution to a non-existent problem.

Really poor app for a really bad stadium. This app keeps on crashing and is as probably bad as England are lately (terrible)

I used this app for the London Rugby 7s. It has a really easy to use interface and made transferring tickets to other people very easy. Was very impressed.

Used to be able to check and buy tickets through the app. Now it thinks I’m a robot and no way to get any further. Can’t even look for tickets to up coming games. Not much use now.

Excellent app, have attended several matches using it and had no issues.

Editing again after England vs France: Why have you now changed the text to “have you screenshotted?” Just…change it to “do not screenshot” And, before showing the ticket for the first time, put a toast up that says “do not screenshot” 😅😅 See you’ve blocked the actual screenshot from happening though on iOS, so you probably don’t even need to write this copy anymore?! —— Below is my feedback from before, writing additional feedback after using for England vs Scotland yesterday. 1. Again, if screenshotting is so forbidden…Block it on the OS level like banking apps or even WhatsApp on ‘1 time message’, or tell people before they open the ticket “NOT to screenshot”. The “whoops” message that everyone has is bad UX and makes people feel concerned. 2. So so so much data needed to download the app…At least make Autofill available on iOS, so it’s less painful. 3. Clearly, nobody cares though as I’m sure your metric is just ‘% of successful scans’, or ‘number of users who needed assistance’. First used this in Summer '21 and have since used it about 4 or 5 times. First, when I am sharing tickets with friends it's incredibly frustrating how much information is required for them to sign up, just so I can transfer a ticket? Do you REALLY need all of that data, making that onboarding flow a bit slicker would certainly be appreciated. When someone receives their ticket, it does feel natural to screenshot and share back in a WhatsApp group to say "yay, I've got my ticket! Thanks for transferring" If screenshotting is such a forbidden behaviour (even with the QR code constantly updating?!), perhaps make it known not to do it, before you open the ticket for the first time? Secondly, for both the ABs match and the RSA match, my ticket says "whoops, we're sure you didn't mean that". I haven't screenshotted either time... Feels like a bug. This makes me feel really nervous that I'm going to open it and it's going to be invalidated.
