Scam in operation
Please be warned that while this is the most known Lebanese taxi operator, they do run a cunning scam operation. You’ll get quoted one price in the app, then given another at the end of your trip.
To be specific, I ordered a car for six hours. 30 minutes before my trip was finished, the driver gets a “call” from the head office and it turns out all rides more than 5,5 hours are charged a full day; which happens to be $40 more. Why the app gives a different price for 5.5 hours is only so they can lure in people to scam.
Stay away.

Obnoxiously high prices
I’ve been using your services for about 3 months, and I can assure you that the drivers are usually polite and kind, but the prices are also, way too high. Careem costs five dollars less on most fares. Not to mention, the map on the app is not clear at all. Lower your prices, instead of making them higher, and then maybe you’ll get better customer feedback. Not all of your customers are rich old business men, not all of your customers can afford such horribly high prices.
Ok, but ride price is high
Thanks for the 10$ credit, but this didn't cover a short 3km ride!
The app is all in all good. The use of Apple maps degrades the experience because they're very bad for Lebanon. I had to call the driver more than once to clarify the pickup location.
Reconsider your prices and use another map provider for a better experience.
