I’ve been using your services for about 3 months, and I can assure you that the drivers are usually polite and kind, but the prices are also, way too high. Careem costs five dollars less on most fares. Not to mention, the map on the app is not clear at all. Lower your prices, instead of making them higher, and then maybe you’ll get better customer feedback. Not all of your customers are rich old business men, not all of your customers can afford such horribly high prices.

Thanks for the 10$ credit, but this didn't cover a short 3km ride! The app is all in all good. The use of Apple maps degrades the experience because they're very bad for Lebanon. I had to call the driver more than once to clarify the pickup location. Reconsider your prices and use another map provider for a better experience.

Do not store your credit cards as they are gonna charge u without prior notice, it happen to me that i use their service and i collect another person on road they consider it a stop and charge $8.5 without informing me that
