The reset password link doesn’t work. I can’t log into my account… which I was logged out of without even my asking to be logged out… I have had several purchases from the app and each time there is something that goes wrong. Spending 1000’s of USD on great clothes you must be able to have devs competent enough to fix the app. Seriously. I’ve wanted to buy a couple things again, and wasted 15mins trying to reset my password but every time I click the link you send to my email it’s a white screen that comes up. And No my phone isn’t old is an 11Pro. Updated to the recent update.

Worthless app. I love Alo yoga clothes, Alo moves. But this app is worthless. It’s just a shopping app. Get. It. Right.

I ordered 12/3 received it on the 10th but way to small , usually gets 0-2 so I have to exchange them ! I been waiting for the update until i decided to called them to find out they received my returned already but haven’t updated anything and cancelled it because it is not available ( 12/24 ) Also placed an order the Sherpa jacket on the 12/17 and the customer service also says that they cancelled it because they don’t have it in stocks !!!!!! It would be nice if they would extend an effort to let the customers know !!

1st time buying from ALO spent over $800 was promised 2 day shipping now I won’t get these items in time. Called customer service. They didn’t care & were really rude! Yeah I called and they lied I was told I’d receive the package today & nope I did not

Where do you hide return labels in the app? Why the app not sending return labels on email? Why every time you need to find it you start return proses from beguiling and blocking items for return because return is already started. The app is the pain.

They cancelled my order becuz they thought it was fraudulent. ITS NOT

Dijeron que mi producto llegaría en 2 días y solo mandaron uno de dos, hablé y me dijeron que ya pudieron la orden y nunca recibí mi número de rastreo vuelvo a llamar para saber qué pasó y resulta que no tienen el producto y no saben cuando llegará 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Que prestigio tienen MENTIROSOS ❌❌❌❌
