I’ve had a previous reasonable experience (with some hang ups that were resolved). However everytime there is SOME issue. Now, can’t use the data I purchased, live chat and support very spotty with large delays and poor communication. Go with holafly, less issues.

They try try try, doesn’t work. Hoops via email only to get refund. Feels scammy.

Great value and easy to install and top up
Accidentally found the app. I must say it works great. Very easy to install and start using. Plenty of help available for not so technically inclined people. Used it in USA along with the shushed number app. Can’t wait to use it on my next trip to Singapore.
I switched from another service because of reliability issues. AloSIM is much easier to set up and just works. If you have multiple eSIMs just be careful to label them in a way that makes it easy to figure out which is which.
Works well and a cost effective solution for travel. I had to change my phone during my recent trip and thought I would have lost the remaining data. However, while I had to set up a new eSIM card, when I messaged aloSIM they credited me the outstanding balance which I can use for my next travel. Very unexpected in this day of impersonal interactions but very much appreciated.
Very convenient especially if you travel abroad and wanna skip the hassle!
I have used aloSIM along with Hushed and it was smooth. No issues so far. Highly recommended.
