Had a redemption with my bank’s card. Installed the app and did what it said to do. Installed e-sim, etc, went to the app and activated the plan. However, did not work. Kept checking the app, checking the checklist, my cellular settings for the e-sim, but no success. It dod not want to work. Wondering why my bank offered a garbage redemption that wasted my hope and time.

This really is a great way to connect for our travels thru Europe. I’m using 30 day unlimited data plan. Such a reasonable price:value. My wife iPhone and my iPad both used the hotspot.

BE AWARE of their in app scam “fair usage policy” you purchase unlimited data plan and they hit you with a maximum data per day of 2 Giga. And when they cut you out of service for exceeding your daily limit, service return is another sad story. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

We have tried at least 8 dat only eSIM providers for our cellular router.Flexiroam has worked great and their customer service responses are immediate! The app also exceeds all others in showing status,data remaining and allows new plans to be added to the original eSIM without starting with new eSIM. We are using in a Peplink mobile router in US now and will use for the next year through Europe on individual country or regional plans. And you can share some plans with other devices that have a Flexiroam eSIM in them. We have been so frustrated finding a good eSIM provider for our router and finally the search is over.

E-sim would not install. Support very responsive and reset the e-sim and it promptly installed here in NZ.

Update: got it working. Coverage is kinda spotty and at times very slow here in central London, but it’s better than no service I guess. Original review: This thing is a joke. I’m in central London and it says I’m connected but it doesn’t pass data. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
