Not very useful
Needs an upgrade. Support for apple home would be great. But at least it should get notifications. Beat would be posibility to support energy production automatically based on electricity prices

The alpha control app enables the comfort control and monitoring of your alpha innotec heat pump with Luxtronic control 2.0/2.1 and/or your alpha innotec ventilation unit LG300 Eco. Heat pump and ventilation unit can be registered and operated independently of each other.
Function overview heat pump control:
• Displays the status of your heat pump on the start screen
• Displays the operating hours
• Displays all relevant temperatures
• Remote control of the most important functions
• Simple setting of the time switch functions
• Displays the data log
• Reading the error memory
• Setting the desired hot water temperature
In the home network, the above-mentioned functions are already enabled and fully usable in your heat pump. If you also have a heatpump24 account, all functions can also be used online, that means outside of the home network.
Function overview ventilation unit control:
• Switching the ventilation system on and off
• Selection of ventilation stages 1-4
• Selection mode: manual, automatic (with sensor), maximum and weekly program
• Information on the setting of the supply air volume flows in ventilation stages 1,2 and 3
After registering the ventilation unit using the serial number and your email address, the app can be used free of charge.
Condition:
You have a heat pump with the Luxtronic 2.0 or 2.1 controller and this is connected to your home network via network cable and/or a ventilation unit LG300 Eco.

Error on data logg graph
The app is nice, but the graph displaying data logs is not working properly. Seems like the legends are out of range. The information on relevant temperatures could also be expanded.
Crash 9/10 times
Crashes on startup almost every time. Have got it running once, I think.
Crash on Iphone
The new Alpha app crash when opening in OSX 12.1.3 (and 12.1.2).
Keine Betreuung der App mehr
Die App ist zwar nicht besonders, aber hat zumindest die grundlegenden Dinge getan. Leider ist jetzt seid 4 Jahren nichts mehr gemacht worden. In der Zwischenzeit ist die Anzeige der Daten des letzen Tages (mehr konnte man noch nie anzeigen) auch ausgefallen. Jetzt kann man nur noch die aktuellen Temperaturen ablesen, also die die Dinge, die die Anzeige der Heizung auch hergibt… Weiterführende Dinge wie Statistiken über mehrere Wochen oder Monate sowie Drehung des iPad gingen noch nie. Schade, dass eine tolle Heizung nicht durch eine einigermaßen aktuelle App attraktiv gehalten wird.
Was soll das?
Keine Weiterentwicklung. Die App ist veraltet und wird wohl nicht mehr weiterentwickelt. Das Thema scheint AI auch nicht zu interessieren. Aber gut , wer Wärmepumpen kann muss sich nicht Software können. Wenn man das Portal heatpump24.com ansieht fühlt man sich an die Anfänge des www erinnert.
Recht dürftig
Entäuschend, wo doch die Wärmepumpe echt eine Klasse für sich ist. Eher eine Sparapp für Arme. Da hätte Alpha ruhig viel mehr reinpacken können. So ist sie unbrauchbar!!!
Zeit für ein Update
Leider unbenutzbar für mich. Die App Versucht Lokal das Gerät zu finden, gibt aber keine Option die IP einzugeben. Da ich 2 Lokale Netz habe wird bei mir das Gerät nicht gefunden.
Keine Verbindung über VPN
Leider funktioniert die Verbindung nicht, wenn ich per VPN mit dem ZuHause verbunden bin! Das Gerät wird nicht gefunden! Warum gibt es eigentlich nicht die Möglichkeit das Gerät fest hinzuzufügen, das nicht jedesmal neu gesucht werden muss? Lokal im Netzwerk funktioniert alles und ich bin zufrieden!
