Control your heat pump and/or your ventilation unit with alpha control conveniently and free of charge from home via smartphone or tablet per app. Alpha innotec explains the various possibilities and helps you to make the right decision for an optimal indoor climate.

The alpha control app enables the comfort control and monitoring of your alpha innotec heat pump with Luxtronic control 2.0/2.1 and/or your alpha innotec ventilation unit LG300 Eco. Heat pump and ventilation unit can be registered and operated independently of each other.
Function overview heat pump control:
• Displays the status of your heat pump on the start screen
• Displays the operating hours
• Displays all relevant temperatures
• Remote control of the most important functions
• Simple setting of the time switch functions
• Displays the data log
• Reading the error memory
• Setting the desired hot water temperature
In the home network, the above-mentioned functions are already enabled and fully usable in your heat pump. If you also have a heatpump24 account, all functions can also be used online, that means outside of the home network.
Function overview ventilation unit control:
• Switching the ventilation system on and off
• Selection of ventilation stages 1-4
• Selection mode: manual, automatic (with sensor), maximum and weekly program
• Information on the setting of the supply air volume flows in ventilation stages 1,2 and 3
After registering the ventilation unit using the serial number and your email address, the app can be used free of charge.
Condition:
You have a heat pump with the Luxtronic 2.0 or 2.1 controller and this is connected to your home network via network cable and/or a ventilation unit LG300 Eco.

seit 2 Jahren kein App up date!? kein real time control (alle 5 Std) wollte Warmwasser fern einschalten iken nur geblinkt keine Übernahme auf automatik….

Total unübersichtlich, Handhabung völlig unpraktisch, Update wäre mehr als fällig
Nul et inutilisable
Une honte: on nous fait payer pour une fonctionnalité qui ne fonctionne absolument pas. On se fout vraiment de notre gueule!
Ungenügend!
Für einen Qualitätshersteller von Wärmepumpen ist diese App sowie die angepriesenen Online Funktionen wirklich ungenügend! Diverse Bugs und selten updates. Der online Service mit 5h verzögerung ist definitiv nicht brauchbar. Eine fehlbedienung kann man so im dümmsten fall nach 5h korrigieren. Die überwachung bei Fehlern in der WP erweckt auch kein vertrauen Ich habe mir beim kauf der WP mehr erwartet. Bitte macht wenigstens die IP der Heizung auf dem Startscreen speicherbar. Damit würde die App die Heizung auch finden wenn man über VPN mit dem Heimnetzwerk verbunden ist. In dem Fall funktioniert der automatische auffinden der Heizung leider nicht.
Immer noch nicht brauchbar!!
Wann gibt es ein Update??
In der Steinzeit stehengeblieben
Die App kann nichts und ist im Vergleich mit Konkurrenzprodukten vollkommen unterentwickelt. Dafür sollte sich Alpha Innotec schämen, insb. da die Freischaltung viel Geld kostet.
Schwach
Meist wird die Wärmepumpe nicht gefunden. Sehr eingeschränkter Nutzen, schade fürs Geld.
Unbrauchbare App, Hotline überfordert, keine aktuelle Dokumntation
Die App ist nicht wirklich brauchbar. Die Vorhandene Beschreibung stimmt nicht mit der neuen App überein. Im Heimnetzwerk, kann die WP gesteuert werden, aber den Demoserver kann mann nicht löschen, ändern, geschweige gebrauchen. Externer Zugriff über app nicht möglich, auch bei verwendung eines vpn. Schweizer Hotline völlig überfordert. Ist die 150.- Gebühr zur Zeit nicht wert.
Findet WP nicht, unbrauchbar.
Mit Webbrowser funktioniert der Zugriff. Allerdings ist auch dort die Software alles andere als benutzerfreundlich und die Funktionen extrem eingeschränkt. Schade hat AIT seit Jahren keine gute Programmierer. Scheint sie nicht zu interessieren.
