Fantastic and efficient service in Merseyside!

Good with from one place to another

Just downloaded the app a week ago and I have to say I am very impressed. Compared to the other taxi companies on Wirral Alpha seems to be the best. The drivers are so much more friendly and the cars are cleaner. They don’t keep hold of your funds for days, it goes straight back in after your journey. Other companies keep hold of it for days making money off you. I won’t be using anywhere else now, they only downside to this is that you can’t book a taxi from Hoylake or West Kirby yet as the service is currently unavailable in certain areas. But thanks Alpha 10/10

Was the most loveliest sweetest man I’ve been on a taxi with, he had lovely energy and was very fun to talk to. I can’t say I have a single bad thing to say about this journey home :)
