I cannot get into app. Keeps saying wrong email or password. Ads pop up when you first get into app. I paid over $300 for this vacuum. I should not have ads pop up while trying to get into app. Vacuum itself gets stuck on the littles things. Do not buy!! Not worth the money!

Ever since the update, I can no longer login to my app. Keeps saying invalid email and password and I’ve reset my password and still doesn’t work. Then it says (after only one try) that I’ve tried to login too many times and to wait 15min and the horrible process starts all over again. This app is useless and I have no way of managing my Amarey Bot anymore. PLEASE FIX IT!!

First of all every time I click on anything on the app I get a commercial and I have to wait until the add is done to complete the task I am trying to do cannot stand adds I also can’t get a map up to be able to see what my Robot has done or is doing live sp basically the app is just a complete waste

You spend $200+ on this robot vacuum that can only be set up and controlled by the app, and app not only doesn’t work, at all, but every single setting and option you click on assaults you with unskippable adds. Adds in a necessary app for a device you already paid for. Disgusting. Icing on the cake, app doesn’t work. Won’t let me edit the schedule I made when I set the robot up the very first time and won’t let me create new ones either. Useless. I’ll never buy anything from this company ever again and I’ll tell everyone I meet not to either. I’m replacing thing with an iRobot roomba asap.

First, how do you even get the obsolete wifi now that supports this machine? Second, I have never in my life had an app that controlled my purchased product have a 30 second ad every 10 seconds. It connected to my 5g just fine for exactly a week. Now all the sudden it can’t. I had an ad maybe once a session. Now I can’t click anything without a 30 second ad. You would think for as technically savvy as the product is, the firmware and app developer would be able to build something compatible with technology of this decade. At this point you might be ahead to employee a chimpanzee to fix it for you. Bet they could figure it out.

Waste of money. The app stopped working a month ago and my robot won’t connect to the base.

Why do users have to watch ads anytime we use the app to operate a product that we paid for? I had to watch 3 ads today just to turn the scheduled cleaning on. Remember that this is not a game.

Don’t buy don’t even think twice !!! They don’t even fix the issues don’t even respond to a customer nothing, to me they need to be taking to court for this it’s fraud!!!

Let me start by saying that I work for a web and app development company. The whole purpose of any app is to make it easier for clients/customers to use your product In the most streamline way possible. This app is the exact opposite. It’s literally disgusting to me, enough to where this is probably the 2nd review I’ve ever given anything. The machine looks like it would be great, but the app ruins everything. 1. Ads - If this app worked correctly it should take 5-10 minutes to set up. Double that amount of time with the ads that popup. It’s like they’re trying to pull in the concept of this being a free game, where you try and monopolize on ads and micro-purchases. I have NEVER seen this before for a business app that you need for an expensive product. 2. Usability - This crap just straight up doesn’t work. I can’t set up a room space, I can’t reconnect the vacuum after the first connection, this was a $400-$500 product, and if someone ever broke into my house it would be the literal first thing I would reach for to beat them with. 3. Purchase a more prominent brand. I thought I was getting a great deal on a Black Friday Amazon deal, but unfortunately it was a waste of $400. To AmareyBot - Fire your whole concept and development team. Hire new ones.
