This app is so useless and unusable ! They have these forced adverts which some run for 60secs while you wait to enter a command. I mean why advertise another product like a pdf scanner when I’m waiting to clean ? It crashes often too

This thing has worked off and on to varying levels of effectiveness and for how poor a job it does it should almost be free. What Is more frustrating is all the stupid adds you receive before you get to even setup your new bot. Honestly you should look elsewhere

Never connects easily. Too many ads to even get to the app functionality!!! Worthless. The vacuum works fine without it and can go on auto, but it would be nice to control the thing!

TL:DR - save yourself the headache and buy a name brand. I bought the A90+ with the suction tower back in like early 2022 and having a cat it was GREAT. App was always a little buggy but still worked, mapping always sucked. Latter half of 2023 the app began to crash, and couldn’t even log in. I could still press the button on the unit for it to clean but no access to smart functions like scheduling, WiFi config, suction or mopping intensities. After almost a FULL YEAR of pure manual offline usage I decided to download the app again tonight…and FINALLY have smart function access again. Even with the terrible ads, and still buggy and laggy…it’s nice to have access again and some salvaging of my $300. Company clearly had some money issues and had to sell out to stay afloat. If they have any hope of saving however much of this product that’s still sitting in warehouses and making it reputable they NEED to get rid of the ads. But otherwise I will say this vacuum has been cleaning for me (pretty well I will concede) with no hardware problems for two years…so that’s something. But wish I had bought a Shark or iRobot Roomba, companies that would offer app support far more reliably.

This app is a trash there are ads everywhere. I don’t recommend it to anyone is just terrible!

Keeps logging me off. Keep having to recoinexf blue tooth. Than says it’s connected but it isn’t. Constant advertising on the app. Worthless. Buy something at Walmart for 50 bucks it will work better

There’s ads EVERYWHERE. I just want to use my vacuum!!!

This device has the stupidest mapping algorithm ever. The app is useless as it is filled with advertisements every time you change a menu.. does not allow to reconnect to wifi after failed. Useless.

All Amarey products are terrible. For a long time, this app was garbage, but still functional. (Meaning it let you control the vacuum remotely, you could *sometimes* get it to go on a schedule. The menus and options were “useable” as long as you were able to interpret what the obviously non-English-native were trying to convey.) With a recent update, now basic functions, like seeing the battery level or telling the robot to start cleaning, are blocked behind adds. You have to sit and watch 30sec commercials before you can even do anything. This is obviously focused on the app and software, but I can tell you the physical vacuum is constructed just as poorly. If you are reading this before you buy an Amarey product, I STRONGLY advise you to choose an alternative.
